Who we are and what this Policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Norvia Leads LLC ("Norvia Leads," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the website at norvialeads.com (the "Site"). It applies to visitors and to prospective and current business partners who interact with us through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. This Policy is part of our Terms of Use.
A note on business capacity. This Policy applies when you visit the Site and when you register or apply as a prospective business client for access to the Norvia network and related services. The Site is directed at businesses — advertisers and publishers in the consumer finance vertical — not at consumers seeking financial products, and we treat information collected through the Site as relating to individuals acting for a business.
Consumer data handled for our partners. Where consumer records pass through the Norvia network on behalf of an advertiser or publisher, that processing is governed by our written agreements with those partners and by the partner's own privacy notices — not by this Policy. Each partner is responsible for its own privacy notices and for ensuring it has the rights, consents, and disclosures required for any consumer data it transmits through the network, and for keeping out of the network any data it is not permitted to send; those responsibilities are set out in the applicable Partner Agreement. Consumers with questions about a financial product they applied for should contact the company they applied with.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details — such as your first and last name, email address, and the contents of any message you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Partnership details — if you apply to join our network, information about you and your company, such as company name, role, website or traffic sources, and related business information.
- Payment and tax details — if you become a paid partner, the information needed to pay you or bill you, such as banking details and tax identifiers, collected under the applicable Partner Agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in the "Cookies and similar technologies" section.
Information from other sources
- Business and verification sources — such as publicly available business records, professional profiles, referrals, and fraud-prevention or compliance services we use to evaluate prospective partners.
Providing information to us is voluntary, but if you choose not to provide certain details we may be unable to respond to your inquiry or consider your application.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your questions and requests;
- review, approve, and manage partnership applications and accounts;
- operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site and our services;
- process payments and keep required business and accounting records;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

We may also share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably identify you, and we will not attempt to re-identify it except as the law allows.
Your communication choices
You can opt out of marketing emails from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing support@norvialeads.com. We may still send you non-promotional messages, such as responses to your inquiries or notices required for an active partnership.
Your privacy rights

How to exercise your rights. Email support@norvialeads.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." To protect your information, we will need to verify your identity before acting, which may require you to confirm details we already hold about you. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if the agent provides proof of your written permission and we can verify your identity. We will respond within the time required by the applicable law (generally 45 days, with a permitted extension where the law allows). If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome of the appeal; where applicable law provides, you may also contact your state attorney general.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, for the life of a partnership plus the period our accounting, tax, and legal obligations require — and then delete or de-identify it in line with our retention practices and applicable law.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to people who need it for their work. No website or transmission method is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when sending information over the internet.
Children
The Site is a business website and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.
Visitors from outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for a U.S. audience. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Other websites
